Unfortunately, I did not read the reviews for CiteNYC before placing my order — A BIG MISTAKE! I placed an order in August 2024 and waited the suggested delivery time. STAY FAR AWAY!!!! UNTRUSTWORTHY. horribly unprofessional store and customer service. purchased a damaged $5,000+ lamp. told them about it while it was being installed. for 6 months all we've gotten is a run around for a replacement, or a refund.
STAY AWAY. Purchased a piece from them a 11 months ago. In December was told that the piece was "lost" and promised a full refund that was never issued. Various excuses first and now full silence, just doesn't return my money. Oh and the manufacturer says it didn't receive my order. So it looks like we have to court. Used to be a reputable place. Absolutely AWEFUL customer service - TERRIBLE. Do not purchase from this store UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. I bought a four piece couch from this store and returned one piece. I have still not received a refund for this piece they keep making excuses and it is now 2 months behind the already generous 45 business days they told me (went through the holidays so 2 months there).
