I deal with Phil for Strata issues and he is amazing with what he does. 100% recommended.
Phil over charged me $3500 on top of the 10k retainer and we didn’t even go to court. The best part was the extra $3500 that was “outstanding” was brought up around 8-9 months after our case was sorted out, I got the email in august 2023 and the case was done in nov 2022. Stay away from this scumbag!!
They work for money they helped an owner who has a mold house in Shaughnessy rented to human who developed sickness from the mold.
