Citadel get zero stars. Worst bank ever. They take for ever to answer their phone. Then they can’t help you cause it’s not there job and can’t send me in the direction to fix the security issue. When they delete two verification with nothing.
They decided to charge an extra $2.4k onto my auto loan because my insurance documents didnt have them listed as the lender. They never bothered to call me beforehand to discus the matter because "I dont have enough time to be making calls like that" - Brian Kibbler. With one phone call I couldve gotten my insurance documents situated in about 10 minutes, but something tells me this is just how these folks do business. Be very cautious, dont give them any reason to charge you extra and read the fine print!
