I am extremely disappointed with Citadel Credit Union after an incident that never should have happened. I was recently the victim of a crime where my purse was stolen out of my vehicle in Berks County on 02/04/2026. I immediately did everything I was supposed to do: I notified law enforcement, alerted all of my banks, canceled all credit cards, placed fraud alerts with all three credit bureaus, and took proactive steps to protect my identity.
