I've been a Citadel customer for nearly 30 years, and after this experience, I will be closing all of my accounts and withdrawing my funds next week. The only reason it isn't happening immediately is because I was informed that the bank requires a week's notice to provide me with my own cash. What concerns me most is not the policy itself, but the behavior of the branch manager.
