Citadel has been a nice place , but they seriously need to hire the right people. The bald, old chubby guy has the worst attitude—absolutely horrible. He was also messing with the ATM and honestly looked suspicious, like he was doing something shady. Meanwhile, I had to stand there waiting while the woman working the counter had a long, off-topic chat before finally deciding to help me. And the guy with the Citadel mask? Completely clueless. I knew more about the process than he did—and I don’t even work there.
Very friendly staff and always willing to help in any way they can, they don’t judge and are always smiling.
Leaving one star purely for the first ATM you see when you open the doors. I was absolutely depending on this thing to work because I needed the money and it failed to come through. Lost $428 and have to waste my time calling my bank to reverse it. The ATM wasn't out of bills and the transaction was approved but the ATM gave an error, causing me to lose the money.
