AWESOME PLACE !!!! I had a missunderstanding with a employee. Walter and Whitney took care of the issue with in the hour. For my first time in assisted living and Walter really made this process easy. I would definitely recommend this place. When friends or family visit me, It's like coming to a resort. My visitors love coming here .

I use to live in Los Angeles, Ca until my mom (Who lived out here) had a debilitating stroke so I came out here to live to help her. I lived for a while in Tempe, but then a friend told me about The Citadel so I came out and checked it out. I immediately liked it. Now my mom passed and I could go back to Los Angeles but I like it here at The Citadel so much I think I’m just going to stay here. There is nothing lower than 1 star. The place smells like an outhouse. My mom was in there 3 days and they did nothing to help her. She waited 7 hours to get something for a headache. She said the food is disgusting. I won't recommend this place to anyone.
