Memory unit is a gawd awful place it stinks worse than an out house. When it smells like it did you know residents weren’t getting changed and showered like they are supposed to. My brother went 10 days without getting one. He was there for a couple months and the care was so poorly they do not have enough staff for the amount of residents. I went to visit my brother and from his fairly dim room I noticed an interaction with a patient and nurse in the hallway. I don't know who this nurse was but she was so kind and gentle this patient was a little upset and she just smiled and dealt with him beautifully. I was so impressed. God bless her. It's what you do when you think no one is watching that defines the person you truly are.
Sharon in the office was a great help! She answered all of my questions and was kind and professional. I highly recommend this community!
