Cité Parkway welcomed my mother! They have continued to give her great care and lots of great engagement! The staff have all been 100% helpful and always friendly. They go above and beyond caring for the residents and their families.
My mother recently moved into this retirement home. It is lovely, she really enjoys the food every day, there are loads of activities and opportunities to maintain a strong social life. It has really helped her to get the support and help that she needs at this stage in her life.
My husband moved to Cité Parkway on July 31st, 2025. He had just been dismissed from a three week stay at the hospital. He was warmly greeted with a welcome gift upon arrival. From that very moment, the staff was most attentive to his needs. His suite is located in the memory care wing of the residence. The PSWs do their best to accommodate my husband's needs in spite of the shortage of staff. As in all health care facilities in Canada, there is never enough staff. REVIEW of « Maggie », receptionist at Cité Parkway If I compare the competence of « Maggie » to the employees I worked with during my 30 year experience in administration posts, she would receive high and positive notes. « Maggie » takes her job very seriously, yet manages to smile « most of the time » to all, residents, employees, executives and visitors… which makes her very successful in public relations.
