I bought my bike in April 2026 and was helped by Steve who was super friendly and knowledgeable in helping me choose a cargo e-bike. There is a free initial tune up within the first 3 months or 100km and there was an issue with my bike chain getting caught on the chain pulley guard and was making weird sounds so I brought it in early July to get it looked at. Phenomenal service when buying a new bike.
Steve provided good service when selling my wife a Husqvarna e-bike in the summer of 2026. Unfortunately, what followed was a disappointing experience with the service department at the North Vancouver shop. During the bike’s first “free” service, they found that the cassette was loose. It was unclear whether this was an issue that existed when the bike left the shop.
