Just bought two bikes from Cit-E cycle and found them to be an excellent bike shop! Stopped in this morning with small bike issue where they fixed right away!!
Don was very helpful and knowledgeable while helping me select the right bike for my size. I needed an extra small which Don helped we find in a Norco Volt. When we recently took our bikes into get the first tune up Don and Jerry were excellent in getting our bikes ready the same day as we live on the Sunshine Coast and needed to take the ferry back that evening. I am actually hesitant to get a Gas Gas e-bike, not until I saw it in person and tried it the very first time. I am actually amazed how it looks like and components won't disappoint you. All I can say is best Bang for your Buck. And also the service is good. Don helps me find the right sizes and he's knowledgeable about the ebikes, also Jerry helps me build and adjust the bike into right amount of air puts into the shocks of the bike. We had an outstanding service experience with Steve at the Marine Drive (North Vancouver) location. He was patient, knowledgeable, helpful and followed through on every commitment. We ended up purchasing 2 Cube e-bikes and the whole experience was smooth and pleasant. In today's world it is rare to have service exceed your expectations but that's exactly what happened here.
