OMG the create new savings acts with different interest rates to force you to monitor and move money around.CIT BANK shame on you. Zero customer sat when all the work on customer side. You are suppose to do the work - All other online banks with high yield savings make it easy. CFG BANK. Primis bank, BASK etc.. all earn our business. CIT you waste my time again.
Just opened an account for a higher interest savings. DON’T DO IT. You can not get a hold of anyone, you are always put on hold. This time I called and waited and when I finally got someone she apparently couldn’t hear me and kept saying “hello? hello? “ and then hung up on me. My mute button was not turned on. The connection was awful. Who knows where they are outsourcing these calls. Also, when you transfer money you will see the debit in your account but no record of CIT receiving it …for days. If I could give zero stars, I would. This is absolutely the worst bank in the world. Do not open an account here. You have been warned. Check out all the other bad reviews.
They are a legal usury do not even think about going there or get a loan
