Cissi made the mortgage process super easy! Her communication was on point, and didn’t feel like I was under pressure to get things done and the rapid closing made it so I only had to sign 1/4 of the documents!
First time home buyer? don’t know where to start? don’t know what to ask? don’t even know what to think? Cissi has you covered! Every step, preparation, additional questions, bumps in the road… etc. she makes sure she rides the road with you, and gets you to the destination. 5 stars doesn’t justify! 10/10
Cissi was so awesome during the whole process of getting a home loan. Very helpful and nice. I was able to reach out to her anytime and she was there to help. Such a joy and I would recommend her to anyone needing a home loan.
Cissi is amazing! We really enjoyed working with her, she is so down to earth and helpful. She answers every question, in layman's terms to help us understand. She is always, positive, upbeat, and compassionate. This is the second time Cissi has been our lender and we'll contact her again for our next home down the road!
