There's a lot of people I'm going to try and save with this review. A year ago, we financed our home with this company. Immediately while trying to get things rolling, the woman working on our loan was throwing up numerous red flags. The first was several repeated losses of important documentation which resulted in us having to resend them. The second was half way through the signing process, we were told we needed more requirements. Great experience with CIS! They worked with us to get us what we needed. However, they did move our mortgage to another company in which I was not happy about at all. Either way, they did help us initially but we may would’ve reconsidered things if we would’ve known they would move/sale the mortgage to another company.
I have had my auto and homeowners insurance through CIS Insurance Agency for several years now. The employees are always willing to answer any questions I may have and do not mind to shop rates for me when my premiums rise. The customer service CIS Insurance Agency offers is like no other!
