Wonderful facility!
Staff is amazing, resident advocacy is top notch.
The staff here is the best. They are understaffed and have limitations like any other good staff but they try really hard with what they are given to work with. Much much better than any other place my mom was during her last few years. Rooms are shared but its really like two different rooms because of the large armoires in middle which is unique to Rochester. Front desk lady Miss Pam runs the place and has been there so many years she should be an administrator she gets things done Miss Tiffany too. Had to give 3 stars bec... read more
This facility is amazing, clean, and the most wonderful memories of this place will live in me forever. The Staff took such good care of my mother 6 months back. They were so patient, kind, and provided excellent care to her. My husband relocated to Florida and unfortunately we had to move mom out of Cirrus Manor. It broke my mother's heart. She loved it there and wants to go back. The place she is at now, the Staff never communicate with my husband nor I. She had a fall a few days ago, they never called mom's outside medica... read more
