Amazing buy! The bike has changed my life... able to commute to work, which is around 4 miles away, quickly. I also use the bike to run errands here and there and it has been really useful. Bike looks amazing with its finish and the ride is sweet and smooth. Delivery took longer than expected. Was meant to take 6| days but took 7 days instead. I guess it's okay.
I am very happy with my electric city bike - The Cruise. Customer service answered all my enquiries patiently. Highly recommended - especially for a novice like myself.
Excellent UK built bike and customer service agent is always there to help with my enquiries. Able to travel with 128 miles with the range extender for delivery job. Kudos to Cirgo team for my first ebike experience.
The amount I bought and the experience I got after two days is amazing. Everyone beside me appreciated the bike. But have found problem as well, in paddle board when you give a bit of pressure on, a little sound is being coming up. Which is really irritating. Other than than its fine.
Had a great time trying out the e bike. Staffs were committed to great service and were very friendly.
