Bring back the old management! I had a really disappointing experience last week. The atmosphere in the store was cold and unwelcoming, and the new manager was unpleasant and unapproachable. Communication was extremely difficult because the manager did not speak enough English for us to communicate effectively, which made it frustrating to get assistance. Customer service should include being able to clearly communicate with customers, and unfortunately that wasn’t my experience. I will not be returning.
Amazing brand and incredible customer service. I bought two of their room sprays ( Salta and Cyrnos), both smell incredible and are lasting longer than any of the home fragrances I have ever tried. Highly recommend!!
Helpful staff and lovely product
Ordered a $600 candle. It was never shipped. Nobody told me. I had to find it myself 15 days later after realizing my card had been charged but no candle arrived. When I asked if my already-paid order could be filled from incoming stock, I was told allocation “couldn’t be guaranteed.” The allocation of new products weren’t for e-commerce.
