Order props for a show . Whoever I called was hopeless But hey , I got over this . I ordered Two weeks before it ensure I'd get the said props . Had to remind someone to send them Now no props for the float No return emails I want a refund DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE

This company has friendly service....when they aren't too busy to talk to you over the phone and call you Madam!!! BUYERS BEWARE of the fact they make profit from postage. I was sent an item they charged me $19.50 when the postage pack says $7.45
