Circuit service has become worse and worse over the course of a few months. You see plenty of empty circuits driving around but when you request a ride, you're given a 34 minute wait!! What is going on? The drivers are incompetent and don't know where to drop you off half the time. The app tells you the driver arrived when in fact, they're 5-10 minutes away. The green shuttles are USELESS: 1. Although they all know the train schedules, they arrive whenever they want. There's zero schedules. 2. Most drivers don't know their own stops, only the main AM lady knows everything and does everything properly. 3. Some AM drivers stop for friends, to get food, without any consideration of time. 4. Sometimes 2 shuttles arrive at the same time, apparently stressing the above points. 5. You can't call the office or complain on the app since I tried that months ago, and nothing. Servicio de 5 estrellas Totalmente recomendado , Estaba de paseo hace una semana visitando familia y amigos. Necesitaba de los servicios y en un cerrar de ojo estaba mi conductor me quedé impresionada. Tenía unas compras en mi mano que pesaban y el chofer muy amablemente me ayudó . Muchas Gracias por sus servicios!! El paseo fue muy agradable , espero volver pronto y no dudaré en obtener nuevamente del excelente servicio que brindan.
