I live in Grandview Heights. Circuit is fantastic when I have guests in town. They pick up and drop off at the fire station on Parker and Park Place. It’s a very convenient way to get around downtown on the beach on the cheap!!! nice drivers as well.

This service is incredibly frustrating to use. While I’ve had some good experiences, I’ve had just as many negative ones, mostly due to rude driver interactions and ongoing pickup location issues. While I understand this is a free service, the experience very much feels like “you get what you pay for.” Because of these repeated issues, I’ll be advising others against using this service unless meaningful improvements are made. Big subsidies from the city yet Circuit can’t support a working app. Wait time shows 2 mins, yet carts always take 15-30 mins to arrive. Miserable

Circuit service has become worse and worse over the course of a few months. You see plenty of empty circuits driving around but when you request a ride, you're given a 34 minute wait!! What is going on? The drivers are incompetent and don't know where to drop you off half the time. The app tells you the driver arrived when in fact, they're 5-10 minutes away. I've had drivers pull over and talk to friends and random people on the street. It's a shame because circuit made West Palm Beach great and now gives us a reason to comp... read more
