My 14 yo daughter paid to have her phone repaired JUST over 6 months ago and now it has moisture damage due to screen not being sealed properly. These guys will not fix because it is just outside of warranty by 1 week. The guy stated that phones are not moisture proof when screens are replaced. This information was not given at time of repair and has resulted in my daughter paying for poor repairs and now also having unusable phone. Do yourself a favour and go elsware, they are crooks! Have taken my 14 yearold daughters money for repairs on her phone, phone failed due to dodgy workmanship and then the manager becomes conveniently uncontactable. Grubs absolute grubs!
Fantastic customer service
The staff are very helpful, honest, and trustworthy. I brought my phone because it didn’t want to turn on, and one of the staff said they didn’t do anything other than charge it with their cable. They didn’t charge me anything and even recommended that I get a new charging device.
