Came in cuse my phone wasn't charging, last time this happened, it cost me a copple hundred dollars.a loverly gentleman cleaned my charging port, and got it working, when I tried to pay, he said it was all good. Amazing service, polite staff, and efficient. Will definitely be returning in future. 😁
My 14 yo daughter paid to have her phone repaired JUST over 6 months ago and now it has moisture damage due to screen not being sealed properly. These guys will not fix because it is just outside of warranty by 1 week. The guy stated that phones are not moisture proof when screens are replaced. This information was not given at time of repair and has resulted in my daughter paying for poor repairs and now also having unusable phone. Do yourself a favour and go elsware, they are crooks! Have taken my 14 yearold daughters money for repairs on her phone, phone failed due to dodgy workmanship and then the manager becomes conveniently uncontactable. Grubs absolute grubs!
