My experience at The Shala has been nothing short of life-changing. The MoveWise program has completely revolutionized how I approach and teach movement and yoga. The program's thoroughness and the simplicity of the movements are inspiring, making mobility truly accessible to all. I wholeheartedly recommend this school to anyone seeking to deepen their knowledge of yoga and understanding of movement, as well as those looking to explore less-taught Eastern wisdom.
I have hesitated writing this review simply because I do not know how to summarize my experience at the Shala in words. The Shala has been a gift in my life through personal training, yoga teacher training, philosophy instruction, and community. Any space held or practice facilitated by Circle Yoga Shala is an indescribably special space to practice because of the authentic thought, love, and intention.

CYS is a special place and I’ve been blessed to have visited multiple times. The land is as beautiful as the people that cultivate it. Truly a gem.
