Booked online and got 7 am spot with confirmation number. Got told on day off at the door that my booking didn’t exist. Showed confirmation page, after some very weak apologies, staff tried to gaslight me into making it my fault. "Should’ve read the faq", if you’re system was working properly, no one needs to read the faq. Have some respect for other people’s time. Booking system is broken, booked services with a wide range of providers, this type of error is unacceptable.
I had such a wonderful first experience here. The staff were very thorough and professional. The space is so calming and beautifully designed, and I especially loved the WellPod. I can't wait to go back!
I had such a phenomenal experience at Circle Wellness. From the warm, professional staff, to the beautiful, relaxing environment, every detail was so well thought out. I walked out of there thinking, wow what a treat, and can’t wait to come back. Kudos to everyone making that come together so flawlessly
An oasis in the city!
Very disappointed to write this review as I've had good experiences here in the past. We booked a Valentine's Day visit (jumping on the reservation as soon as it opened) which was going to be our first solo date after having a baby (no saunas for over a year), a birthday celebration, and Valentine's Day. So to say I was looking forward to this is an understatement.
