We are from Prince George and every time we come down there the staff is amazing! Always so helpful and play with our kids as well. Today I called to see if they have boots in a certain size and the lady on the phone took my phone number and offered to send me pictures of every thing they had in that size before I took the drive down there. They always go above for there customers. There is no better western store to shop at!
What a perfect experience, and it only being my first time here. The ladies gave me Christmas ideas and had great customer service. Also, individually wrapped all my gifts…. This is a place that earns your money not just expects it. Great staff ran by great folk. I plan on returning and spending more money. When you spend hard earned money at a store this is how you want to feel leaving. Couldn’t recommend enough.
