This company is so dirty, they got lazy and said my driveway wasn't shoveled and refused to pick up my cerebral palsy family member.I personally pulled him up to the street and he waited, they refuse to pick him up, I left a bad review and they dropped him and put him on there blacklist because of my review. Meanwhile AMAZING GRACE the other transport company was amazing hints the name. They are very polite and happy people to work with.
They were moving my mother from one facility to another after hip surgery and she had to have a back board and it was $495 out of pocket!!!! And then the one driver told my father before they loaded her that he would have to pay and then hounded him again when they got to the new facility about payment. Not at all compassionate or caring. It is sad that this is only the outfit in town. Would not recommend at all.
Wonderfully efficient & comfortable transport with friendly personable fellows... Highly recommend!
