Circle L Tamworth is an outstanding western store offering a great selection of fur felt and straw hats. They also provide expert hat reshaping services. The staff are honest, professional, and well-trained, always presenting themselves in a clean and neat manner. Their excellent communication and customer service make the shopping experience truly enjoyable. I highly recommend Circle L to anyone in need of a hat or western apparel. Don’t pay attention to the negative reviews—they’re just trolls!
Worst customer service ever!!!! Ordered a hat on the 9th of Dec. Took me sending an email to find out they had oversold on the website. Was promised it would be sent out that week as express post.. Still nothing and radio silence…. Overpriced and rude…. Do not waste your money.
