The store manager Zane isnt very good at his job. They also seem to rotate through staff more often than normal. Not sure if its cause they cant keep people or if they keep getting rid of people but they've had a couple of good employees that are gone.

after coming here for 5+ years and spending probably 40,000$ here, with a polite and friendly interaction every time, never once had a problem. I was TRESPASSED and BANNED for 'stealing' a spash of soda in a froster cup when my (already paid for) large drinks straw clogged, I just needed ~2oz of something to drink to take my medication, nobody said anything, and I've gotten my drink free a bazillion times, not that I am obligated anything free, but just say something man... it slipped my mind that it could be a problem...
