Customer service has become absolutely terrible over the last 2-3 weeks. Appears new manager has come in and hired only their friends. Used to be a very friendly store but now it is not. Employees parking all day in the car wash vacuum spots is bad business. It’s unfortunate, used to come in here every day.
I enjoy shopping at Circle K in the 5700 Block of Louetta when Skye assists me. She is friendly and always has a smile and treats me with courtesy. She’s always friendly with everyone who enters the store. She reminds me when the store first opened how everyone was as friendly as she is. But now it’s only her. Great job Skye
Doors are constantly locked during business hours. This location has gone downhill. I used to come here daily now I just go somewhere that I know will let me in.
Staff is nice.
Since the "New Crew" moved in. Bobbie left and Kris is probably overwhelmed. The "New" people are letting the place run down. It has gotten less clean, the trash at the pumps are overflowing and the drink areas are becoming nasty. The iced coffee is never working or full. Paper from straws everywhere and there are 3 employees staring at the back computer while 1 person man's the checkout. Smh it's turning into the location at Kuykendahl and 1960. Unacceptable Circle K!!
