Repeatedly disrespectful associate. Didn't catch a name tag, only that they have some long fingernails and was in a boot for a bit. I don't know if it's because I am Caucasian, but I definitely can't think of any other reason they'd be so rude. I've given them multiple opportunities to correct themselves. Don't fire them, maybe teach them to hold their frustrated sighs with customers.
