Manager there right now is very miserable sounding. Refused to take ownership or resolve a problem me, a paying customer presented, and just walked away from me without even as much as a “sorry for the inconvenience” very unprofessional and zero customer service shown. If she hates her job there she should quit.
Absolutely terrible experience. I stopped into this Circle K in Palatka to use a reward I earned through their app. Before grabbing my item, I confirmed with an employee that they were a corporate store and would accept the coupon.
