While it is true that they can get backed up with their line, it doesn't help when the customers get to the register and don't know what they want.
Unbelievable! Stand in line for 15 minutes to mail a package and the manager states they don't have any tape. Haven't had any in 5 years! US Postal Service continues to suck!
