I experienced extraordinary customer service today with Sam! He went out of his way to find what I was looking for! Before I retired I trained people in customer service for a call center so this means a lot to me!
I'm not sure why this particular store has only a 3.3 star rating. The staff is very pleasant. The store is clean. They've been my neighbor for over 7 years. As Circle K's go, this one is great. The low ratings are a mystery to me. I wish it was 24 hour, but I also understand why it isn't.
