The staff there are great. Alexis is very helpful, he is there Mon-Wed 3pm to 10pm. Then you have Javier who works late shift also Marco, the guys are very friendly and have great customer service experience. They keep the store clean and great all the customers with a hello and a smile.
Every time I come into this establishment and a particular lady is there she is always very rude. I dont know how your establishment can have her working as a customer service person when I hear other people always complaining about her as well. Her name is Deanna. She should NEVER be in the customer service field with the crappy attitude she has.
