Stopped here to get diesel for my semi truck , what a mistake. Pump 16 right side has no pressure at all. I guess the owner is too cheap to replace those fuel filters. It took me 22 minutes to get 122 gallons of fuel
Sad………. The customer service was very disappointing. The employee appeared unwelcoming and did not greet customers when they entered or left. They also did not provide helpful information or make any effort to assist customers. The overall experience lacked professionalism and basic customer service skills. Management should consider providing additional customer service training and ensuring that employees are properly trained and equipped to provide a welcoming and helpful experience. It’s Bad. I give them No stars
Manager has 0 experience in customer service !!!!!!!
