Never had a problem here. I don’t care about inventory, prices, or hours— you guys know want to know that the staff see and acknowledge me, and treat me like a human being, and they’ve always been good for that. The store is clean and organized, and the outside is free of litter and brightly lit with the fuel area in direct view of the doors. It feels safe to go there, even at 3AM. A very mundane experience, which is just as it should be.

Virtually no customer service, their mid shift doesn't ever stock shelves so if you come in between 3:00 and 5:00 there's never anything to get. Now I'm not sure if this is on the employee's end or the company's end, but the fact they only ever have at most one register running and it's usually the awful self-checkout. I go to this Circle K many many times a week and every time I go I to the men's restroom, I am completely disgusted. Pungent smells of urine every time, and the floor is so sticky, I can feel it trying to rip off the bottom of my shoes. Completely terrible and nothing seems to be done about it.

I am livid...I call the Star and Wheeling store at 8:13 to inform them that the woman behind the counter when I was there at approximately 4:19 pm on 9-5-24 Shorted me 2 Powerball tickets auto. When in the middle of the conversation, he sits down the phone and leaves me hanging for approximately 6.5 min, before I decide to hang up and call back. PHONE WAS BUSY and is still busy as I am typing this at 9:35. I do not blame the woman for accidentally forgetting my tickets twice, because she was running back and forth from lotte... read more
