Here I am at Jeep fest 2025 and stopped by the Circle K booth. I’m at Maria a district manager for Circle K and KJ. We had a nice discussion about process and awareness, and Maria shared that there is feedback opportunities. They’re at the stores where we can scan and then comment great opportunity.
Never had a problem here. I don’t care about inventory, prices, or hours— you guys know want to know that the staff see and acknowledge me, and treat me like a human being, and they’ve always been good for that. The store is clean and organized, and the outside is free of litter and brightly lit with the fuel area in direct view of the doors. It feels safe to go there, even at 3AM. A very mundane experience, which is just as it should be.
