We have been In Manchester going on Four years now, My husband and I stop at this store every day, if not more than once a day. I am beyond surprised to see all the negative reviews, I strongly stand against what they are saying. My experience has been nothing but amazing when shopping at this Circle K. We have actually seen a huge improvement within the last six months. They have new management and new staff. Manager is rude and condescending and thinks she wont get in trouble for her terrible customer service and seems to take joy in being rude.
This CircleK location has gone downhill fast, and it’s 100% because of the manager. I’ve stopped in multiple times over the past few weeks and every visit is the same—bad attitude, zero professionalism, and a total lack of customer service. The manager doesn’t even try to be polite. She talks over customers, rolls her eyes when people ask questions, and acts like she doesn’t want to be there. I’ve even seen her walk away mid-conversation while someone was asking for help.
