Manager is rude and condescending and thinks she wont get in trouble for her terrible customer service and seems to take joy in being rude.
This CircleK location has gone downhill fast, and it’s 100% because of the manager. I’ve stopped in multiple times over the past few weeks and every visit is the same—bad attitude, zero professionalism, and a total lack of customer service. The manager doesn’t even try to be polite. Absolutely terrible experience at this CircleK. The manager is incredibly unprofessional and rude. Every time I come in, she’s either gossiping about her own staff or ignoring customers completely. She doesn't greet anyone, acts like helping people is a burden, and has a really bad attitude overall. The way she treats law enforcement is also shocking—rolling her eyes, giving dirty looks, and making disrespectful comments when officers walk in.
