I used to come to the Circle K all the time. And I forgot why I don't come back. Customer service here is lame. You ask questions like hi how are you? And the clerk literally just looks at you like you're stupid.... There's no response. So naturally I assumed they don't hear me so I ask again and they just stare at me. I just spent $50 for a cartoon of cigarettes ..I trusted the clerk to give me the correct item..after arriving at home :15 later I discovered it was wrong. I took them back * requested an exchange..to which she responded she could not do this as it's against the law! Never has this happened before!!! Can you speak with me about this...if I cannot get this corrected the store will be loosing quite a substantial amount of money...I pass a Sheetz & Shell station to shop this store..so imagine the fuel, cigarettes, snacks etc th... read more
As someone who has and will continue to patronize Circle K stores across North Carolina, I finally was treated with extreme disrespect when trying to do business to the point of taking my business elsewhere when the employee on duty around 1:40 PM stated she had no desire to learn what was required to complete my requested service even with my assistance as a regular customer.
