Bathroom is always closed.
PLEASE train your overnight workers or give them resources to properly resolve issues during the night. I’ve witnessed, and just now myself been subject to, the self-checkout machines breaking mid-order and just eating people’s cash. And not only does the employee, left functionally helpless in this situation, not have training with the machine to work with it beyond just shutting it off and turning it back on again, they don’t have any cash or authorization to refund the lost money.
