I live super close to this location and shop there and get gas often. But not anymore. They changed their ice policy. Bring your own cup and still get charged the price of a drink for just ice...in this summer heat!!! What? I'll just go to the other 2 gas stations on the same street! I know they charge for ice if you use their cups...but not if I use mine. I asked the woman working and she rudely said it was inflation lol. We won't return.
FRAUD - after spending money here 3 different times BECAUSE this station advertises it participates in Upside’s cash back program, I’ve discovered that no cash back was ever approved. After contacting Upside support they informed me that it’s because this specific retailer is not complying with the program to approve transactions - THIS IS FRAUD since I would not have shopped here otherwise. This is also not the only gas station doing this in the area!
Stuck in the car wash for 15 minutes trying to call the building for assistance with no response. The doors closed as I was going to exit. When I went in to let them know the person at the register made like it was my fault this happened. I will not be back.
Tried to get a drink and the place is locked up at 11:40am. Pumps are on. Lights were on inside, but all 4 doors were locked. No sign on the doors saying why. This is not the 1st time this has happened. Maybe management should have 2 people working.
Zack is the most amazing employee. Circle K is lucky to have him. Went above and beyond. You have a good kid
