The worker at the register made me pay twice because she was helping someone else so I checked out at the self serve one, then she saw me when I made a second purchase and stated she didn’t see me check out my first items, when I offered to show her my Apple Pay receipt she said she wasn’t going to look at my phone and proceeded to check the purchases and ignore the previous transaction, so she made me walk over to the other register because I didn’t have circle k rewards which is apparently required for the self serve regar... read more
Vicki was the rudest cashier I’ve ever met. I asked where the button for the rewards was and she immediately started coming at me like I was the rude one, but I asked very gently. Then my boyfriend tried to explain that I wasn’t being rude, I was just asking, and she continued to yell at us and say “you need to teach your woman how to read.” Went nearby to pick up my dinner, and the man working there said he’s had many similar experiences with her.
