I'm tired of going in for my energy drinks for work, and having to wait because the employe is having her car washed and detailed by the homeless. I've had to wait outside multiple times well she had people inside talking to them well the doors are locked. It's stupid I'm a paying customer, why do I have to wait because you're talking.
Some people should not be even allowed to work. Horrible customer service. They also print signs on their drinks that are misleading. Asked for a receipt from one of the cashiers because the drinks had said buy one get one, but the cashier charged for all 3 drinks, asked for a receipt he denied me one saying I can’t reprint. This is 2024 unless they use outdated systems reprinting a receipt takes 2 seconds. There are many gas stations in the neighborhood avoid this one!
