Went in to purchase cigarettes. While I was waiting to pay the cashier was to busy on l playing Monopoly go on her phone to total my purchase. This was the assistant manager.
I had bought 2 bakery items one Arizona and a pack of what was suppose to be lucky strike red cigarettes- the cashier i initially dealt with threw a pack of L&D reds where i did not notice and the transaction was done - one minute a step out of the building i notice the mistake and walk back in to try and get it adjusted- i am now dealing with a whole new cashier ( this lady was kind and calm) As im trying to get the adjustment done the other cashier that had orginally messed up the transaction starts trying to walk up to fl... read more
I really like the rewards program currently I’m working on the 50 cents off gas price… Gas prices are always competitive…
Well, the lady behind the counter was so rude. I decided not to purchase anything else. I guess customer service is not a priority.
