The employees are great but since they put the u scan in I think the company is just trying to replace employees with the u scan and I don't like it at all.
Every time I decide to stop in here its the same employee on "bathroom break" doors locked with a sign this time i stood for around 5 minutes before walking off. Completely unacceptable id understand but it's been the last 3 time I've went that I'm having to stand outside. 10-19-25 once again I'm at this location same employee working me and a vendor and another lady have been standing outside for 5mins tried called phones turned off this is completely unacceptable

Came to bay sigarette yesterday around 7:30 pm the lady working there wasn't welcome she has an attitude after she gets the sigarette she ask me for I'd I told her I just lost my driver license I have a foreign ID if that helps she said no I can't take that then I showed her a copy of ky driver license she still said no I need a real id I felt humiliated I like your company but that lady she shouldn't work to serve the public thanks
