I think I am the oldest member of this Bank, it is going back to 1966, when Circle Credit Union was formed as part of Central Research Laboratory Club, Ascot Vale, Melbourne.
I have nothing but positive feedback regarding my dealing with Circle Alliance Bank. All the staff are friendly, very easy to deal with, and not only do they accommodate my queries, they do so with a smile and reassurance. We have also used a variety of their services, and I have never had any issues with any of their products. Circle is like any other bank, except for the outstanding personal service provided that I have not seen anywhere else.
I'm a long time member of Circle Alliance and when you walk through the door or call the staff they go above and beyond to help you. They provide exemplary customer service and the same range of products and services than the big banks do! I can manage my banking & loans online or through the App, get my insurance, or find an ATM but I have the added bonus of being able to contact a professional and helpful 'real' person no matter how big or small my query is. Thanks Circle Alliance you're the best!
