I recently purchased a kitchen faucet at Ciot Surplus. The service was terrible. I knew that I would have to wait 1-2 weeks before receiving my faucet as it would need to be inspected. I called after close to three weeks of waiting and was told that it was ready but no one had phoned to tell me. Once installed, it worked well for two weeks but then developed a problem.
