Direct purchase from Cintas Baltimore from Scott for our office logo carpet. The process was very easy professional and transparent. I’m very happy with their services and would recommend them to any owner looking for branding and awareness of their business.
I have had a bad experience with them at my office. My entire staff has complained for months. Cheap price, gets you incompetent workers and a communication skill level of a first grader. I’ve been taking dirty laundry home and using my personal washer, otherwise it will not be done. Support does not help they rarely answer emails, and when they do half of the email might be in Spanish and half in English because of the perosn only knowing some words. It’s insane seriously…
Dirty rugs that get shared with other businesses along with lying salesman who claim that you can end their predatory contract "at any time" knowing that is not true. Save the hassle and avoid this company at all cost.
