The company I work for has an account with Cintas with deliveries being on Tuesday of each week. Due to unforeseen circumstances, I wasn't in the office on delivery day. I did however call to advise them and asked if they could re-schedule delivery for another day during the week. I called 3 times and spoke to customer service who assured me someone would all me back, but I still have not received a call back from ANYONE. You don't know how to wash clothes, you misspell a name that's a few letters, you can't get a common size correct, iron a collar, you avoid us, your reps don't speak well enough English to understand where the uniform room is, or correct your record, you just plain and simple: don't bring in 5 days worth of uniforms every week, it's been 5 weeks and still we don't have the correct uniform that we ordered. I had to have blue uniform shirts replaced because they had white paint on them but it wasn't from us, we are not painters. Cintas replaced them with used shirts that have patches on them that covered up previous company names and previous employees names. Who wants to wear shirts with repair patches on them. I asked if I can have shirts with no patches and they refused to replace them. I also have pants that are so faded, they don't even match my shirts
