The quality and consistency of the cloth kitchen towels is awful! They are falling apart and have huge holes and so thin. It's a mix of kitchen towels,micro fiber towels and what seems to be bath rags for as much money that is paid theese rags should be up to standard and don't charge customers for damage to the rags when they are sent to the Customer already damaged! The sales rep will tell you whatever you want to hear set it up and then never see or hear from them again.
