This company frequently failed to deliver uniforms to SpecSys. I am now being charged $420 for uniforms because of their mistake. I returned 100% of my uniforms. I work in an office and have zero use for their itchy and baggy carhartt jeans and a blue collar wrinkled SpecSys shirt. Very disappointed in the service overall and because of THEIR error, I didn’t get any of my last paycheck because of overdraft fees and autopay payments that didn’t clear as a result of this stupid fee. Do not recommend

I have had Cintas for over 6 years. Up until about a year ago, I’ve been extremely happy. I was informed at that time that there was going to be a change who are service personal was going to be. Since then it has been absolutely awful. I’ve been continually overcharged for items I have not received. And when I call to have a service department rep, contact me about the issues it takes weeks sometimes months to get an answer. Our Cintas driver Will is amazing!! We get new rugs delivered to us at Napa and he always come in with a smile and a positive attitude 😊 definitely a great company hands down!
