I have had Cintas for over 6 years. Up until about a year ago, I’ve been extremely happy. I was informed at that time that there was going to be a change who are service personal was going to be. Since then it has been absolutely awful. I’ve been continually overcharged for items I have not received. And when I call to have a service department rep, contact me about the issues it takes weeks sometimes months to get an answer. I have recently received sub par services by cintas ever since the company I work for has gotten a new driver. I work for Pride Engineering in Brooklyn Park. I haven’t received all the uniforms that I have paid for in almost a year. So I canceled service because of this. Why would I pay for something I’m not receiving. I just regret for not canceling sooner. The only reason I didn’t is because I had services from them for 16 years. So I blame the driver who delivers the uniforms and not the company.
