This company charged me for services that were not rendered. It took 6 months to get my money back for that. When they called to get the credit card information to render the refund Wanda Theriot in the Lafayette office charged my card and stole $84 from me and here I am 6 months later again trying to get my money back from that. Wanda has been so rude and nasty. If I call she hangs up in my face. They lie and say they sent a check then say it was returned. They have told me that story 3 times now. I worked a try out day over 8 hours. They said I would get a check in the mail. Never got it and when I called they didn’t answer. Left Ms. Renne (might’ve misspelled her name) a voice message she never got back with me.
Great person who handles our route.
