Sadly experienced what can only be described as a poor overall customer experience. I met with a rep, created an account and began receiving services, only to have my account “canceled” without any notice. Upon inquiring, I was told that my account was not big enough and “not worth it” to Cintas. I would have been fine with that answer had it been communicated in any way.
