They had unloaded my trailer and left the paperwork inside it. They didn't notify me at all that my trailer had been unloaded and was ready to move.

The male driver in the big box truck who arrived at their facility on Kelly Johnson around 12:55 PM on Friday the 19th shouldn't be flipping off drivers! Very bad behavior when driving the company vehicle.
The worst company I have ever dealt with, constant incorrect billing. You can never speak anyone directly locally. They have enormus price increases yearly upwards of 20%+. The initial salesman lied to me about my agreement saying it was monthly due to covid and they would amend it an never did. Years later I'm still locked into a inept horrible service.
