"Be extremely careful with Cintas and their deceptive sales tactics! Their representative, Drew Gloster, verbally assured me that this was NOT a long-term commitment and that I could cancel at any time. Since I do not speak or read English, I trusted his word, only to find out later that he had me sign a 60-month (5-year) mandatory contract that was presented only in English. It is completely unethical to take advantage of a language barrier to trap a small business into such a long commitment through misrepresentation. Do n... read more
Update: we now receive rags that smell like feet. Coincidence? If you, or an employee who does not have permission to sign a long term contract for your company, signs a contract with Cintas, it cannot be broken. The only way to break it is by paying the entire term off. Also once they know your not resigning, all of a sudden your supplies seem to have been lessened.
