Our experience with Cintas has been extremely disappointing. We reported a leak caused by their equipment on December 3rd, and despite being told the issue would be addressed, we received almost no communication or follow‑up. This happened during our busiest season, and the leak caused damage to our building and disrupted our day‑to‑day operations. Weeks went by with no updates.
